I Am

I am in the calm center of the universe,

and in that center,

I am me,

just as I am,

without judgment or shame,

fear or pretense.

In this moment,
I am me,

and I am safe,
and I am at peace
with the truth of who I am.

I am who I am,
just as I am,
and that is okay with me.
